Countryside Race Evening Day - Wednesday 2nd May (eve)

Showcasing all the Scottish Borders countryside has to offer, Kelso are keen to make our Countryside Race evening Day as popular as possible and have selected a range of supporting events and attractions that compliment our National Hunt card adding to the atmosphere of this exciting, diverse day. From The Drakes of Hazard display team to a Foxhound Show the evening will be perfect entertainment for the whole family.

Our Foxhound show will take place before racing in the paddock, and has become a popular competition for local border packs. Unique to Kelso racecourse the foxhound show is judged like any other dog show with packs vying to take home the prestigious John Manners perpetual Trophy for the Champion Foxhound, won last year by The College Valley & North Northumberland.

The Drakes of Hazard display team are a fantastiically entertaining team of Ducks & Sheepdogs owned and trained by Mark Wylie visit www.drakesofhazard.co.uk to see pictures!

The ever popular Border Hound trailing association racing around the course and much more to be announced!
